I’m a Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) & Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) with experience delivering digital solutions across retail, telecom, e-commerce, and web platforms in Canada and India.
Over the years, I’ve worked on website implementations, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and analytics dashboards, partnering with stakeholders at all levels from operational teams to senior leadership to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and successful outcomes.
My work spans the full business analysis lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, user story creation, stakeholder workshops, UAT, and solution validation.
